These people were so efficient and straight forward. They worked hard to get the work done and safety was always first for me and for them as they worked! Highly recommend!

I had a request that had a very short turnaround, and quite honestly related to a topic I didn’t understand very well. This company fixed the issue all while explaining to me what was required, and I’m thrilled at the timeliness of the fix.

I had just closed on a remodeled house built in 1905. I called Mr. Electric to figure out why two of my electric outlets didn’t have powers and check the outlets for grounding. Zane came out on the same day I called and did a full inspection of my house. He was kind and professional and offered great advice. The inspection revealed problems that needed to be done to protect the house and myself. I was pleased with his work and Mr. Electric. Plan to use them again!

Got an appointment quickly and Zane was extremely professional and knowledgeable Very pleased with the work performed as well as recommendations.

Both of the technicians we have used have been very prompt, thorough and honest. We had someone out today to replace a couple of light fixtures and he ended up telling us that one just had the wrong type of bulb for the existing fixture. Problem solved!

Called at 8:20 am on an electrical issue that was interrupting my internet service. As I work from home, this was an urgent matter to me, to get this fixed ASAP. Spoke with Danielle who was a pleasure to work with and explained my situation. A tech rang my doorbell in 30 minutes and had me up and running 10 minutes later, all at a very fair price. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you to all involved.

I recently purchased a 73yo home, and none of my outlets were grounded. Larry and his team ran ground wire and replaced all of my receptacles, and installed a whole home surge protector. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future for electrical work and recommending them to friends!

We have hired Mr. Electric for several jobs now at our home including installing a new electrical panel, multiple outlets both inside and out, wired smoke detectors, lights, outdoor plugs and fan, etc. The work is excellent and they are always able to get us on the schedule immediately. Will continue to use them as our "go to" electrician.

Just had new service put in a new outbuilding, they did everything including wiring up building, installing all outlets I needed, lights, switches, heaters, putting in 200 amp service and digging the trench to transformer box, on time, courteous, work looked neat and best of all, passed inspections easily! Price came in at exactly what he said it would be and they handled all paper work ( permit, inspections, contacting kcpl) explained that kcpl may charge for meter and hookup ahead of time so I had no surprises. Second time using them and will continue in the future when needed. Dale Vaccaro…. Update! Just used them to replace an outdated panel in house, as expected, great work and very professional, although I called no one else to compare, I felt price was fair!

Over the past two years we’ve had four different electricians “no show” on multiple occasions. My husband saw Mr. Electric in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Zane and his crew came out to install some new light fixtures and actually showed up when they said they would. We were so impressed that we had them upgrade our line to the house and install a new electrical panel, along with new outlets in the basement and garage. We even had some last minute requests that he did that day. They were extremely easy to work with and we were able to get ahold of them anytime we needed to. Zane has a great personality and was always respectful, considerate and professional. And did I mention THEY SHOW UP!!! I give them 20 stars out of 5!! Highly recommend!

My technician was absolutely great. It started off with me looking at the Neighborhood app and hiring a local repair guy. He came home over to my house and arrived drunk at 8 AM. After screwing up my electric and disconnecting all my connections, I knew I had to hire a professional. Mr. Electric was exactly that. He was very prompt and found the problem. He communicated all the problems through the service call and kept me posted throughout the process. They fixed the problem promptly and was super professional , and now I don’t have to worry about my daughters room being a problem. Great company.

Excellent company. The work is great looking. I had a new distribution panel installed and the Electric Meter moved. The inspector passed the work right away. I would recommend Mr Electric to family, friends and anyone who needs electrical work done. Great Job!!!!

Zane and Louis were awesome! Very professional, explained everything along the way, and even cleaned up after themselves including taking my ceiling fan box with them! I highly recommend and will use them again on my next electrical project.
